We collaborate to determine a deeper understanding of your situation, develop greater self -awareness, create helpful solutions and facilitate soulful healing. I genuinely want to help you cope better and feel happier. I assist in this process by drawing on a number of theoretical frameworks to support you in this work but you, of course, know yourself and what works for you.
